This debut album is the result of gifted songwriters getting together with a group of talented musicians. It's very lively and energetic in places, but not noisy. Indeed they have left enough room to hear what all the instruments are playing. Musically, it's very keys and piano orientated and in places slightly ethnic. The music has good dynamics and is well balanced with some modern, warm and colourful synth riffs in just the right places. The approach is largely meditational contemporary worship. There is one cover version of Vineyard Music's "He Is Yahweh" by Dean Salyn. In one song it is noticeable that one of the singers isn't rolling her Rs properly and another song which lists a few sins Jesus died for, one of which might raise a few eyebrows ("our sex"). On the whole, an appealing album.
