Have you ever left your house feeling well dressed but when you got to where you were going you ended up standing next to someone who was strikingly well turned out, leaving you feeling a bit of a scruffy dude? That's how other young R&B outfits may feel when listening to 21:03; they may be good but end up sounding slightly shabby when compared to Evin Martin, Torrence Greene and Jor'el Quinn from Detroit, because what these three boys do, they do really well. They have the harmonic spit and polish necessary to put together such a clean and tasteful bunch of grooves the unsuspecting listener is likely to have an involuntary skip put into his day; and all this with the minimum use of auto-tune. Please check out "Talkin' About", it has a head nodding quality that rivals Paul Radcliffe's famous head-nod as she runs her record breaking marathons. The following track "U Got Me Through" has the same effect, affecting the muscles of the neck so as to make the head move to and fro in reciprocating fashion, just like you are using body language to say the word "yes" in a hearty way. Just hope no one asks you if you would like to volunteer for some disagreeable task - like, "would you like to clean all the bathrooms in the building?" - while you are listening to it. I thoroughly enjoyed 21:03's debut album and this their follow up has taken things to the next level, and at a time of personal pain for Evin, losing his mother to MS and to further his grief he lost his dad to brain cancer while recording this album.

Product Description
PAJAM protégés 21:03 are Evin Marin, Torrence Green, and Jor’El Quinn. These three dynamic young men are the embodiment of what it means to be triple threats in Gospel music. They sing, they dance, and they praise…and do each with equal amounts of skill, vigour and passion.
On the heels of their debut release, Twenty One O Three, and an acclaimed Stellar Award win for Best Rap/Hip-Hop CD of the year, 21:03 return with an incomparable follow-up album. The new release rejoins the group with their mentor and “big brother,” Gospel’s critically acclaimed and highly celebrated J. Moss, who resumes his position in the producer’s seat, alongside his longtime collaborators and partners, Paul, “P.D.A.” Allen and Walter Kearney, collectively known as PAJAM.
21:03 is positioned to lead the charge of young men who are surrounded by the temptations of this world, yet are determined to remain set apart and on fire for Christ. They are the epitome of what it means to be in this world, but clearly not of it.

You guys are truly blessed. The song "Now" and "Riverside" I can really relate. Your voices are incredible. I'm glad you all are using your voices for a good purpose.

I love this group. I just wrote a comment on the wrong one. Ha ha! I was so excited when this cd came out, because I knew it would be great. I read other comments and they were talking about how cute ya'll are and all that stuff. Well I feel like it's not about all about that. It's about whether or not ya'll are ministering from your hearts to God. Ya'll are so far, because I get ministered to when I listen to your songs (especially the slow ones). I pray that ya'll don't caught up in the fame, that ya'll stay humble in this walk with Christ. Jor'el, Evin, and Torrence Tynneshia said that ya'll are awesome young men of God and I know ya'll are going to go even further in God, because ya'll got your focus on Him. Evin- I pray that you remain strong in the Lord. Keep having joy the way you do, because it is your strength. I have no idea what it means to lose your parents, but I know that you are a strong soldier to keep going on with the albums and stuff. Jor'el- Keep the joy that you have, because it is your strength also. And you are so funny on 2103TV!!! You do have OCD whether you admit or not, you got it. Last, but not least, Torrence- You keep the joy that you have, because it is your strength too. You shared some of your testimony, and it is on the internet, you know about your mother and stuff. I have no idea what that feels like, and I say keep pressing on no matter what.
So 21:03 stay strong. And you know folks are going to hate on ya'll, let them hate. But make sure you do something good for them.

Love in Christ,

Tynneshia, the senior
