3C Live is a dynamic, multi-racial worship team from 3C which, if you don't know, is a multi-site, fast-growing church with over 21,000 members in South Africa. In these days of global worship ministries, indigenous worship has less of a local flavour so this album could easily have been recorded in California as South Africa. Not to say that this isn't very good contagious vibrant live worship. The opening cut "It's All For You" is a superb springboard to the whole project and "Higher" is dance pop praise with a euphoric chorus and plenty of energy. Elsewhere "All In The Name" slows the pace without reducing the intensity and "Uphakeme Me" mixes in some South African rhythms and language into the proceedings. If you are a fan of stadium worship, 3C Live are worth discovering with a team of talented musicans and singers and this live set is explosive stuff.
