If you've listened to a good deal of black gospel you'll know that there's very little which can beat it in terms of excitement and exuberance. Here we have one of the more traditional voices of BG the lady who once fronted the Caravans, knocking off some great songs "He Knows (Just How Much You Can Bear)" will have you nodding in agreement, and the short on lyrics, yet big on expression. "I've Got A Feeling" is no doubt a knockout when performed live. The album suffers a little because there are times when its 'live' tag does not seem to live up to it. It's not that the audience seems muted - it's just that sometimes you're not quite sure whether they're there! The sound's a little dated but is nontheless an enjoyable one
