Reviewed by Stephen Luff Since 2004, Manchester's church and youth movement !Audacious has offered guitar-driven modern worship with energy that few can rival. This handsomely packaged retrospective contains tracks from all their albums starting with 'Revolution'; a live CD, 'Extraordinary', recorded at their gathering in 2013; 'Acoustic Sessions' and a bonus DVD. Throughout the quality both in content and quality is mostly first class, the DVD, however, does let the collection down a little in the quality department. Contained here are 'Ten Year Highlights', 'Extraordinary' (music video), insights into the 'Acoustic Sessions' and 'Classic Preaches'. One of these talks, from Sophia Barrett, is very poor quality and difficult to watch as a result, I also found the menu clumsy in trying to find my way around. The music contained on the other discs, however, is top notch, especially the 'Acoustic Sessions' - "We Lift Your Name and "None Compares" are outstanding, and the live CD is loaded with great atmosphere, something we have come to expect since the first live album back in 2006 ('Yeah'). This is a great record of an amazing 10 years. If you are new to !Audacious, this is a great place to start.
