A 'name' in country music who's visited these shores in times past now offers a gospel set - and very nice it is too, once one gets past the decidedly old country hoedown opener. Particularly beautiful is the ballad as is the self-penned "Son In My Eyes" (now there's a country songwriter's way with a clever lyrical hook for you). Releases such as these on Christian labels are usually completely overlooked in the country music media, so it's up to you country-orientated believers to get out there and buy this and show Nelson Word there's a bookshop market they need to feed with good stuff like this.
