The enclosed write-up for the CD informed me that this "innovative project" would appeal to music fans of many tastes. Unfortunately, this could be the down point. It seems that the husband and wife duo have attempted to deliver a wide variety of styles within a genre that I can only describe as cheesy, American pop. Beverly's voice grates through each track, including covers of some (originally) fantastic worship songs, only sounding "innovative" after having her vocals put through some bizarre effect. Musically it never achieves much, with an across the board mixture of bland guitar pop, some looped beats and a dreadful techno-ish version of "Open The Eyes Of My Heart". There are some points which are reasonably enjoyable; Mr and Mrs Wild (ironic, I know!) have a good balance between their music and singing abilities, they are also passionate about reaching others, through these songs, and hey, the album is well produced! Unless you enjoy background music (note: skip the techno track), then this really isn't the album for you.
