A flyer describes the debut album from this talented Florida couple as "deep-spirited, chilled out expressions, rooted in electronica." This is one of the most accurate promotional descriptions I have ever read! Lyrics are thoughtful, uplifting, sometimes poetic and often worshipful. Musically, comparisons to Everything But The Girl and Portished have to be made: trippy rhythms abound, with soothing and mystical synth pads combining with deep bass rumblings. At times showing dance influences, at times more light pop, at times progressive rock, the music continuously evolves in a cognitive and mature manner, providing moments of inventive expression not often found in this musical genre. Ideal for an evening chill out or the home-bound traffic-jam stress-relief, creative music that turns your mind towards God is always welcome!
