American born, UK-based Bill is the international music minister for Operation Mobilisation and has recorded several CDs down the years. This, his latest, and to my ears his finest, weaves diverse musical elements together to produce a cogently mature work, after a haunting synth instrumental title track there's an infectious up tempo rocker "Let Your Kingdom Come" propelled by some soulful sax followed by a wistful ballad "Haunting Eyes" with Bill sounding a little like Chris Bowater. For those unfamiliar with Bill's work. I could say think of an intelligent and inventive songwriter in Adrian Snell mould able to craft evocative soundscapes. I for one will try and catch a date on the forthcoming 'Seasons And Souvenirs' tour.
