Bob McKay was once a member of seminal pop gospellers Meet Jesus Music who in an earlier more innocent age did the rounds of Britain's churches. (Interestingly enough, another ex-Meet Jesus Music man, Keith Routledge, has recorded Classical Piano Praise!) In more recent years, Bob McKay has played sax and flute with artists as diverse as Paul McCartney and Rob & Gilly Bennett. I liked Bob's fluid lyrical approach on the flute. It's classy playing breaks new life into material ("More Love, More Power", "How Lovely On The Mountains", "It's Your Love") which I personally found a trifle predictable. If the concept appeals this is well executed.
