After 11 years on the go and various recordings under their belts these rockers from Bournemouth on the south coast of England, noted for its seven miles of golden sands, have decided to give us a taste of what it would be like at one of their concerts. Including songs from their previous three CDs, 'Looking Up', 'VII' and 'There Is' we are given a sonic assault from the opening, "How are you doing tonight, we're Bosh" and the keyboard chords to the final cacophony to the ending of 'Alarms'. Not ashamed to wear their faith on their sleeves, "Seek Ye First", or to tackle the seeming emptiness that we try to fill with whatever, "Teenage Kicks (Aren't Enough)". A live recording that has done a reasonable job to capture the energy and atmosphere of being at a Bosh gig. We await their new studio album with eager anticipation.
