Mrs Brenda Hodgson from Cheshunt, Herts, has “received a lot of the songs from the Lord over the last eight years.” Now she’s put five of them onto a CD “for wider ministry.” Such brave endeavours are hard to critique. Perhaps this reviewer should merely note that the accompaniments are sparse and Brenda’s voice, with more than a few wobbles, doesn’t always stand up to the harsh scrutiny of recording. Also, to my ears the songs didn’t seem particularly distinctive. Sorry Brenda.
