This is the third release by Alan Price, who is a Church Army Captain and children's evangelist. His aim is to "help children and young people experience more of God's love and purpose for their lives through the power and ministry of the Holy Spirit". God is clearly doing great things through Alan at events like New Wine and the tape gives a taste of his work. (Take your kids to see him if you can - I'm told that the tape is a pale reflection of the Captain's Crew in action.) As for the 'Special Agents', I'm not really the best judge, so I played it to my girls, aged nine and seven. They thought it was great and after a few listens I had to agree. Some songs might sound dated to adult ears and some of the lyrics could be better, but the punters loved it. Paul Field and Bruce Pont have done a brilliant production job and listen out for Mike Haughton's sax work. Some of the tracks that I shall be teaching to my seven to 11 rear old group are "Because Of Who He Is", "How Good Of Father God", "I Am A Soldier" and "The Joy Of The Lord".
