Reviewed by Andy Payne This is probably the best quality gospel house record I have heard for months, and is refreshingly direct as to its message, unashamed worship with a positive Christian message. The artist has previously worked on projects with New York radio DJ and producer Bobby Konders, where her considerable vocal talents have shone. Whatever your taste in dance music, this record caters for it containing eight mixes, which actually sound different from each other, unlike certain other remixes I could mention. There are trance oriented tribal and organ mixes, both of which sample the chorus, an acappella and a radio mix. However, for the best mixes head for the Victor Simonelli gospel club and dub mixes, which both sample an unidentified mass choir and which transforms this record into what is potentially a classic. If that is not enough, the vocal remix by Peter Rauhofer (who I understand originates, as does this record, from Australia) transforms this record with the help of a saxophone sample, into a Euro-house tune. The only off-putting thing is that this record is priced, if you can find it, at about £12.50, but it is honestly worth it.
