Richly produced by the wonderfully named Tommee Profitt, the pioneering worship man Crowder released this single back in November 2018. Bare piano chords open the song with David Crowder coming in to deliver his message of hope, which gradually rises to a crescendo and features some killer backing vocals on the chorus and a chord progression that lifts the whole affair sky high. "Jesus take the beauty from the pain/Lift these weary hands again" shows us the message that we can lean on God whenever we need him. The wonderful Riley Clemmons leans in to take the second verse and adds more to the elevating outro. A song with real feeling.
