This is a double A side cassette single from one of Britain's emerging gospel reggae artists. We'll pass quickly over "Help Me To Love You", which is a mid-tempo gospel track that never quite gets going. "God Is" is the reggae track, and rather good it is too. It's a mellow groove, perhaps more reminiscent of Ken Boothe or John Holt than anything you're likely to hear in the charts now. But if you like your reggae smooth and 'lovers', you'll currently be hard pressed to find anything with a Christian message better than this.
