London's long-established Zoe Records have put out releases of decidedly mixed quality in the past but with this EP, issued back in 2011, they have given a welcome showcase to an above average gospel singer. Probably the strongest track is "Sovereign King", propelled by some powerful sub bass, while almost as good is "Save Me From Me" where Deborah Oluyemi is joined by producer Junior Williams on a soulful duet. Here's hoping this talented diva gets a full length album soon.
