In their album, California's Devoted Molded give listeners a chance to look inside their personal journeys. Intertwined in their gutsy rock music are testimonies of their walks with God. The two band members who wrote all of the songs hold nothing back. So, obviously the CD brims over with honesty and authenticity. On the musical side, the album rocks! With so many fantastic tracks, it's hard to pick a favourite. But one song that has stayed with me is "Broken Mirrors", a track that has beautiful lyrics and is musically intense. Lead singer, Jon Shanbarger, is distinctive and might take some time to get used to, but once you do, it's a voice you'll always be able to recognise. Devoted Molded have done a marvellous job of combining biting rock music and spiritual insight to produce an excellent album!
