Here's a gentle gospel flavoured worship album recorded in New Jersey. Sweet vocals and a gentle soulfulness makes "Lord You're Worthy" work whilst "Bless The Lord Oh My Soul" is a brittle funk praise and the title cut employs a few '80s dance grooves to propel it along. "I'm Pressing On" is a house track whilst "The Rapture" tries to portray the return of Christ but it's done in a Superman fashion. You know, "Hey! What's that? Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No it's Jesus returning." Shame really because the actual track combines more house beats with some soulful singing. The album is topped off by a remix of the title cut which combines the soulful gospel vocals with a stripped down percussive backing. The results are pleasing. Overall though, this is a mixed bag of an album that doesn't know what it wants to be.
