Elite are made up of the beats and rhymes of rapper Chanca (you can read about him on the CR website) and the vocals and melodies of Lucinda. Mixing and fusing their musical and production skills, the duo have released two download singles, "Your Way" and "To The End". What Elite have created is musical and heart-felt rap with honest, clear messages of truth. "Your Way" has a haunting vocal from Lucinda as Chanca brings the rap, underpinned by very laid back style and beat. "To The End" mixes some fascinating samples (snippets from Winston Churchill and the movie The Book Of Eli). It has a slightly discordant, rolling feel as Chanca brings his powerful, personal testimony. Elite have clearly put a lot of time and effort into their release and the Bournemouth duo bring a great sound, rhymes and melodies to the UK scene.
