This is the first full album and live recording from the Tennessee-based 6,000 strong Grace Chapel congregation. Produced by the experienced Ian Eskelin (Kutless, Francesca Battistelli) this is a set of new songs showcasing the talent and passion of the community located near to Music City, USA. The 12 songs have been penned by nine different songwriters and led by a mix of singers. The effervescent hymn "Crown Him (Forever)" is given the now almost mandatory new twist and the new hymn "Greater Still" provides an engaging melody. The driving "My Victory" rouses the live audience to a united crescendo of "Now I'm free/Jesus I'm free indeed" and the slower and intimate "The Table" exhorts us to come to God's communion table and sung by Alisa Childers (once of the CCM hitmakers ZOEgirl). A bonus is the appearance of another '90s CCM artist Amy Morriss (Lowry) on the standout rousing ballad "Redeemed". In a marketplace full of mega church worship offerings it is difficult to predict how far this project will reach the wider church. Nonetheless it presents an impactful set of new hymn-like songs.
