Never has my flab felt more flabby and my puney strength incapable of swatting flies let alone the 50 Philistines that the awesome Grace could no doubt see off with nothing but the jawbone of an ass. Over a series of barely audible R&B gospel cuts (Fred Hammond, Dawkins And Dawkins, Angelo And Veronica, etc) the raucous voiced Grace puts the viewer through a series of fearsomely demanding workouts - many with weights (I mean, fellas, weights!). A terrifying video experience.
