Harmony Hi-See from Medford, Oregon has previously had some Cross Rhythms airplay. Consisting of 20 tracks, featuring guests DJ, C2, Ben Jammin, Mr Kym, Three J, Loc Saint and Least Of All, there is some inventive production here including some bassy dubstep on the impassioned "Down". Harmony Hi-See has a number of funny inserts throughout, from "Billie Jean Beatbox" with a Michael Jackson style song, to a parody of American Idol in "American Idolatry" while the autotune parody "Whitney In Autotune" raises a smile. What stands out once again is how much energy and passion Harmony Hi-See has invested into the album, evidenced throughout, with a lot of vocal hooks and an "Outro" that speaks into the lives of many, calling them back to God. There's a plea and insight into America on the powerful and challenging "Freedom Falls" featuring C2. Other powerful tracks include "My Crown" and the standout lead track "Consuming Fiya" with a lot of Biblical teaching and wisdom. A real grower.
