On the plus side of this collection, there are two outstanding songs: the opener, "Awesome In This Place", is a beautiful worship song written by Dave Billington, leading the congregation into God's presence. Also impressive is Kim Bollinger's "I Love To Love You", seven song further on. Unfortunately, there is one big minus: Kent Henry. Kent is the all pervasive presence on this set - worship leader, main vocalist, pastor, prayer leader, healer, you name it. Doubtless in the States many saints have been blessed by Kent's ministry, but here his manner and style, especially during the chat between songs, is very intrusive, and very high indeed on the cringe factor scale. At one point, Kent displays questionable theology as he invites us to 'take a nation' of the world and 'release' God's glory to it. How can we? And do I really need to know that victims of incest and drug addiction were standing in the congregation? Unfortunately, this alleged 'unique and refreshing approach to praise' contains material, whether spoken or sung, which is generally overlong and overindulgent. Shame, really, especially at a time when evangelical styles and content of worship are seeking to gain credibility in the wider church.

This album has always remained fresh, i believe the reason is simple. a lot of prayer went into it.

Anyone who tears this CD apart should get on their knees and call out for forgiveness. I will never understand how people who are "born again" live without experiencing the Holy Spirit in more than just the word of theology. The personal God we serve desires we be lost in His presence. It is music like this that He has anointed for that purpose.

I recommend all who read these reviews to get the CD yourself. Get alone. Close your eyes. Worship the Lord along with the music and you will be lifted into His presence.

I have been searching for this particular album for a long time as it did bless me during early days in the Lord and still is one of the best albums ever produced. It connects my spirit straight to the throne room of grace!!!!

You probably listened to this only once and then moved on. Your review, not this album, made me cringe! this album is one of the best Hosanna ever produced. Everything here, from the songs to the ministry part, is perfect. I have been blessed and encouraged listening to this album over the years. You should too.

Maybe I will stand corrected one day, but I have always believed this is one of the best worship/intercession albums ever produced. Very intimate and one feels part of the live worship. Shame it's out of circulation. I am listening to it right now courtesy of a friend :) 14/06/08

I don't know what your theology is but the Bible says in Psalm 2:2 "Ask of me and I will give the nations for your inheritance and the peoples for your posession."

Kent was trying to communicate the reality of taking spiritual dominion in prayer over nations.

Obviously your theology is very narrow and limited when it comes to your understanding of spiritual warfare and intercession which really limits your understanding of the role of the Holy Spirit and worship.

As for Kent, he is one of the annointed worship leaders in the body of Christ and he is a personal friend of mine.

I am assuming that you do not agree with Charasmatic theology which is seriously goint to limit your understanding.
