I was looking forward to listening to this workout tape but was disappointed to find it didn't come with instructions! There is no instructor telling you how to exercise, although the inlay does say that this recording "will enhance your personal exercise programme," so I suppose I'll have to go and get one first! It has plenty of rhythm to get you going, unfortunately it's rather reminiscent of late 70s-mid 80s disco beat. I found the songs repetitive and samey and one or two sounding very Human Leagueish (Get real. Ed.) I would like to be encouraging about it, but in my opinion (for what it's worth) you could get a better, more enjoyable workout exercising to a regular contemporary praise tape.
