The first track's intriguing; a song which is pure black gospel in accompaniment and feel yet Janet is pure, squeaky-clean honkie. A number of the tracks on this set have a soul/black gospel tinge while others are closer to Cynthia Clawson inspirational MOR territory. Good production by Phil Johnson, some excellent songs, try the lilting ballads "Come See This Man" and a classy, if rather anonymous set.
