Currently causing a lot of interest Stateside, American Idol contestant and worship leader Rich has managed to highlight a talent for thought provoking worshipful lyrics on this, his debut recording. This six-song EP reminds the listener of the Counting Crows and maybe Bebo Norman in terms of style. Outstanding tracks include "Redefine", stating that "with your love you redefine me", and "Arms Open Wide" where he sings "When I am tired of life/You're an open field/With your arms open wide." This is confident material and not the disposable pop often recorded by artists who became known by TV talent searches. This takes a few listens for it to get under your skin, but be warned it will!
