The master of new birth new age offers another stimulating, thought provoking musical exploration, part instrumental, part vocal and surely his finest work since 'Fallen Splendor'. Derri Dugherty of The Choir plays electric bass while Dave Hagelganz adds some evocative sax solos, especially on "Hadrian's Wall". Inspiration behind this is the European thinkers and artists and their search for God and nowhere is that theme expressed more eloquently than on a revival of Don McLean's classic "Vincent". Vincent Van Gough, who was endlessly dreaming and never understood, in many ways epitomises the romantics of our age. An album to return to time and time again.
