Round about six or seven years ago Jo looked to be on the verge of national stage status. He was touring excessively and was very much a part of the Yorkshire and Humberside scene in Christian music circles. So where did he get to? Well, this album doesn't provide the answer, but what it does do is reaffirm Jo's Christian stance. The opening songs are full of emotion and will mean a great deal to anyone who is looking to get their life right. Message songs I suppose would be a handy description with "I Will Always Love You" and "When You're Distressed" both able to bring a tear to the eye. Side two of the cassette is filled predominantly with more chorus-type material than whole songs and the album finishes with a song in side one mode, "No One Loves You Like I Do'. Jo is currently talking with Word (UK) with a view to re-recording some of these songs on a compilation album. In the meantime, investigate this. It's good to see you back, Jo.

We were living in the UK at the time when we first came by this tape years ago - we gave it to our friend who had just separated from his wife - happy to say he is now happily remarried - wished we had kept a copy of the tape. Found myself singing I will always love just a few days ago - havent heard this song for some time but prompted me to search for it on the net. Lovely tohear that Joe is still ministering in song. Regards
