It is not very often that you find a Christian band releasing a CD single. The three tracks here are taken from the band's forthcoming album 'Rosarybeads 'n' Ice-cream' (now there's a title!). Musically, the band describe themselves as a rock band, this single however is quite bluesy with an obvious jazz influence. The only real criticism I have is the quality of the production which is quite flat, I do feel that a change of producer is necessary to bring out the best in the band. On a spiritual level the band tell me that they would rather not advertise the fact that they are a Christian band since this can be a turn off for some punters, but they do work with the Church as well as the secular tour circuit. Overall, this is not a bad product and it is well worth a listen.
