I suspect there are hundreds of independent releases like this out in the States, reasonably crafted songs expressing a love of Jesus, recorded and produced with a bunch of studio professionals who exude musicianship. The problem is with such a stylised sound, and a singer who is OK without being electrifying, you're left looking for exceptional songwriting and though there are a few sparks of originality here, "God's Gift To Me" about God's provision of a very special wife and "Well Done" asking whether we'll be receiving the Lord's praise when we are finally ushered into his presence, the overall impact of the material stops short of me encouraging readers to investigate this release by the Florida singer/songwriter.
