The Keswick Bible Convention has been around since 1875, and while the teaching remains solidly middle of the road evangelical, the worship styles have changed considerably to reflect contemporary music culture. The album's first disc highlights worship led by veteran songwriter Stuart Townend ably supported by the Brighton-based rock band Phatfish, and the tight bass-percussion unit of Luke and Nathan Fellingham. For live worship the production quality is some of the best you will get, the audience background noise belying the studio-like clarity of the sound. Special mention too for contributions from Colin Webster ("10,000 Reasons (Bless The Lord, O My Soul)" and "How Great Is Our God"), Steve James ("Mighty To Save") and Peter Gunstone ("Majesty (Here I Am)"). There is an anointing carried out of the auditorium and onto the disc that is quite compelling. The second disc contains more reflective hymns, led by the same artists. There are many old favourites here to enjoy, from "Praise To The Lord The Almighty" to "How Great Thou Art", and they reflect the same sound quality as disc one. If you get this set you will not regret it.
