A beautiful album of praise and worship from the well established stable of Keswick, impaired quite severely by a bad mix. I suspect Trevor Michael is young and treats the work like a rock concert, which this isn't. Kick drum and bass are very prominent, boomy and indistinguishable, which is so sad because the wash of a vast number of people praising God is always a ministry to the soul. It's a bit like you're hearing the whole thing sat on the same stool as the pianist rather than out in the congregation somewhere. A remix is vital to put this otherwise splendid album on our shelves - or better still in our CD players - then we could really appreciate the tasteful and precise work of Andy Harsant (keys) and my dear friend and colleague at King's Recording. Ian 'Skip' Price (guitar). Ann Gall's lovely contralto voice is a delight especially on "The Call" and the blend of old and new material is spot on.
