This is the debut album from the London-based team of artists and musicians from Liberty Christian Fellowship. It features eight worship songs which appear to be a mix of live and studio recordings covering their intimate response to God's presence. The tracks range from the increasingly emotive "Your Majesty" to the reflective "Spirit Come". The 10 minute long "El Shaddai" (not the Amy Grant/Michael Card song) really explores the worship of the Almighty with a catchy hook and comes to life in the harmonies. The highlight is the gentle but alluring "I Seek Your Face". On the downside the vocals exude sincerity but are often strained in their over enthusiastic delivery and show some tuning issues. Also the production is rather patchy. Nonetheless LCF Music certainly convey a passion for spiritual intimacy.
