The followup to his breakthrough hit 'Rehab' and more rhymes fired with an incredible passion and clarity and with a dirty south beat focus. 'Overdose' has some hard-hitting messages for the world who would rather hear a message of death than life in Christ. But Lecrae stands for Jesus with a fiery defence, and holy verbal offensive action. The standout "More" is a plea for more of God with an impassioned cry over crunk beat, with Lecrae hungry and thirsty for what God has - "Don't let me lose sight of my Saviour, cos my Saviour's worth it". The assertive rap continues in the awesome "Battle Song" featuring Suzy Rock with the battle on although the war has been won - "to live and die for the Gospel." The emcee confronts life issues, although still fired up, with a session of "Anger Management" ft Thi'sl. This is followed by the brilliant fast-paced flows on "Blow Your High" as Lecrae and Canon speak truth about drugs. In "Strung Out" Lecrae rejects a love for the things of the world in favour of obeying God. The rapper was "like a typical fool. shooting for the moon, but there's only one Son, no co-star", but now he's only living for God's name and will "Chase" after that. Even down-tempo in the silkily smooth "The Good Life", we find that only God satisfies.
