This album from the Parachute Records band Magnify won the Best Christian/Gospel Album at the New Zealand music awards, and it only takes one listen to see why, as you become absorbed onto into a heady mix of U2/Delirious? sounds which permeate the CD. Magnify consist of husband and wife Ric and Marissa along with Lopu on bass and Andy on guitar. One of the album's strengths is the songwriting which overflows with - dare I say - wonder and worship, which is conveyed by Ric's rich lead vocals .A fine example of this is "Blown Away", which also features rapping from guest Brad Dring which has that essential jaw dropping moment that all albums should have by law! This album deserves to gain international recognition and with a new album due out late 2006, Magnify are clearly a band to keep an eye on.

Product Description
Magnify are signed to New Zealand's Parachute Records and In Wonder is their debut album. This band combines lead singer Ric Knott's passionate lead vocals, a 'pop/rock' sound, guitar driven groove, atmospheric keyboards and a phat rhythm section. Their sound falls somewhere between U2, Delirious?, and Creed.

Magnify are passionate about seeing God adored and worshipped. Their desire is to see people released into a life-changing encounter with their Maker. All the members of the band are involved in their church worship team every weekend and have a strong missions focus. Magnify was formed out of a desire to push music and worship beyond our four walls to the ends of the earth!
