Marantha Music, the name of Kids Praise. They are tremendous at putting together praise songs and musicals to stimulate children and young people, and leave them wanting to sing more! Kids Band is no exception. Compiled for older children's choirs, the songs have been chosen especially to communicate the joy of the Lord through the style of the music, and therefore, keep the kids' interest, which isn't always easy when teaching them new songs! The arrangements I find have in general a straight forward style that young people can relate to and express their commitment in a way they enjoy. The titles include "Humble Yourself". Amy Grant's "Thy word", "Friends" by Michael W Smith, and so it goes on! The book is a well presented and laid-out publication. So, if you have young people who are interested in singing and instrumentals, why not give this book a try! I'm certainly going to!
