As has been commented on before, producer Chris Norton has pulled Marilyn's albums around to the right side of musical respectability and here again the studio veteran puts clever and sympathetic arrangements around Marilyn's simple songs of faith and worship. Bringing in Simeon And John's flute and guitar on the beautiful worshipful "Purify My Heart" was a masterly move as well That track and the Caribbean-flavoured "Spirit Of God" are this listeners recommendations though Marilyn's singing is sensitive and sweet.
