Sounding to me like a stripped back Matt Cardle (winner of The X Factor in the UK 2010), Mark Pierce is a mature 30-something who has also been likened to James Blunt. Following up his 2008 'MP3Free' release, Mark has laid down three songs for this EP. Beautifully arranged, played and sung, this is an impressive release. Mark has been playing pubs, clubs, festivals, schools and prisons around the UK and his music is soothing, melodic, delicate and personal.

I remember the days when mark was a metal head and shredded
the 'axe' like the best of the Stryper clones. His acoustic
performance works really well, which shows his diversity &
skill. He played a wonderful set in Kendal a few years ago
with just voice, acoustic guitar and a bit of piano. The
sound filled the church and everyone who was there wanted
more. Give this guy a gig.
