Often armed only with an acoustic guitar, a selection of well crafted songs and an incomparable passion, Martyn Joseph is one of Britain's most accomplished live performers. This collection does what it says on the tin and brings together a number of his live performances stretching from a Greenbelt opportunity to be Elvis and backed by a band to five songs recorded at The Brook in Southampton. Along the way, you can sense the warm relationship he has developed with his audience and the way he loves to interact and switch things around. If you have caught him live recently, you'll have experienced the extended "Change Your World" complete with his little thank you rap. This is a mixture of classics like "An Aching And A Longing", "Dolphins Make Me Cry" and "Please Sir" as well as less well known tracks that reflect all sides of Martyn's personality and passion. From the moving "The Good In Me Is Bad" to the beautiful "Turn Me Tender" this captures a powerful performer at his best.
