Taken from his latest album 'Glory Song', renowned British worship artist Matt Redman has chosen a track that contains all his trademarks. Key Redman elements such as the default mid-tempo pace, the chiming one note electric guitar lines and the pounding drums (saved for the chorus) are all there and, whilst the song doesn't take any chances thematically or musically, its obvious appeal to churches across the world lies with the fact that it sounds just like a Matt Redman song should sound. The verses are constructed around only three notes and, whilst this doesn't make for the most memorable of melodies, the choruses - with the help of a great vocal from Tasha Cobbs Leonard - are rousing enough to lift the song to where it needs to be. As lyric videos go, this one is simple and effective. Multi-coloured lyrics appear against a moving side view shot of a whitewashed brick wall during the verses whilst the chorus sees coloured smoke explode and dissolve amongst the words to add some emphasis in line with the music.
