This is a collection of nine worship songs written by Michael Hansen this particular Vineyard group's worship leader/singer with a tenth from the pen of Andrew Smith. The album obviously has a strong country feel and as such will appeal to the good ol' boys of the parish. However, up to half the tracks should have a broader appeal. As Michael puts it: "The songs on this album are simple yet full of truth and the truth of God really sets us free." The title track "Real Love" is reminiscent of Buddy Holly, while "More Of You" reflects the current desire of the Church for more of the Lord. My own favourite tracks are ballads: "Generous Man", "Come Walk Among Us", both of which are duets with Rita Springer and Brenda Lefave respectively, and "Where Is There Love" and I have suggested these for use in our church. The album was produced by Craig Musseau.
