I first heard this 6-song demo blasting in Supremo Cole's car and was so taken with it I scrounged it off him. Now a year on I've finally got contact details to review it and it still catches the ear and lifts the heart. The self-composed songs are effectively praise and worship material high on Scripture and exhortations to magnify Jesus while Mike's voice is a seriously soulful instrument chock full of black church inflections. The band are tight and funky and I would recommend this tape to anyone looking for music to direct you towards Christ or A&R men wanting to hear a top vocal talent awaiting a record deal.
