Mista & Mrs Taylor, the husband and wife hip-hop duo from Tucson, Arizona, are back with a five-track EP infused with an old skool approach and a host of life lessons. 'We Still Here' is full of mainly live instrumentation with a talented band over which the Taylors' flows give the feel of a live gig with an uplifting jazzy and soulful flava and lyrics that point to the reality of the spiritual battle that we're all involved in. "Whatever Happened To Love" takes us through the ups and downs of the Taylors' relationship as they tag team on the mic before concluding that "we are forever." We see how the world is full of confusion, going round in circles, rightly taking aim at abortion and asking "what would it be like if we fought to preserve life instead of finding reasons to justify wrong for right. We need Jesus. . ." We conclude with an exhortation to the true church to run like never before, giving everything before Jesus returns. Amen.
