Not the most original thrash album you've ever heard, and those guttural vocals at times sound like a parody of Roger Martinez, who, incidentally, produced it. In fact, Martinez's production seems dull and one-dimensional, or perhaps we've simply heard too many Christian thrash songs with titles like "Satan's Doom" and "The Destroyer Beholds". The sleeve gives you the, by now, standard exhortation to buy from beeming Pastor Bob Beeman and if you've not heard much since metal moved on from recycled AC/DC riffs you might find enough exuberance here to consider purchase. But for me, it was one tempo change, buzz saw lick and shaking-a-fist-at-the-demons too many.
