A CD that rewards careful and reflective listening. Nalini, a classically trained pianist from India now living in Essex, has here assembled 10 self-penned tracks in 59 minutes with titles such as "Lonely", "Thirsty", "Humblified". They are all gentle and easy to listen to and there must be a story behind the writing of each one. Unfortunately there are no sleevenotes to help the listener understand the context. However despite that, this is a rewarding album to listen to and ideal for quiet times and "soaking prayer" sessions. A major figure, in terms of the musical background, in the prayer soaking world is Toronto's Ruth Fazal and I would be interested to hear of any collaboration between her and Nalini.

Well done Nalini!
Your music brings healing wholeness and refreshing to the
soul. It ministers deep within and the effects are similar
to David playing the harp to King Saul.
Can't wair for your next album!
