This album can catch you unawares! It takes off especially on track two. The "For A Green Land" opener was difficult to tune into, but song two "Without Love" was extremely moving with a biblical message that I could relate to. I was impressed by the variety of style which accompanies every track, making it impossible to be boring or in any way 'samey'. Within the album are directive and comforting songs, others are reflective and have a delightful piquancy about them. While entertaining, it is evident the artist intends to offer a spiritual and a biblical experience to the listener. This comes by way of songs used as a direct cry or prayer to God and God's response to these prayers. A good example of this is the track "Be Still My Child". I was also impressed by the tight production and instrumental variety. The album concludes well with "Come Holy Spirit" which is sung as a prayer from the heart. A delightful album from a talented new singer/songwriter.
