So I leapt on this new album with the kind of enthusiasm I haven't always displayed towards new Hosanna! Music albums. But gradually my enthusiasm wained. This seems a classic case of the wrong man for the job. 'Up To Zion' never fails completely, some of the songs are delightful, the playing is impeccable and Noel comes through with warmth and enthusiasm. But if you're looking for a top line Noel Richards album look elsewhere,
