Well, I've certainly been here before. In the late '70s, early '80s when punk rock was the musical choice of a disillusioned generation - or anyone who wanted to appear harder than they really were! Apparently God needs some Street Credibility. It's been tried before, and to be honest to better effect. I remember talking to members of Undercover back in 1985 at Greenbelt, after a stunning performance on the Mainstage. `They had some deepth and subtlety that Officer Negative most certainly don't! They're in-your-face, with anti-abortion propaganda 'The Hidden Holocaust' (back of CD booklet) which only serves to strengthen the abortion lobby. The music is loose to say the least, unintelligent and unsophisticated. ~The clothes are leather, tartan and patches. Even the hair lacks conviction - if you want a Mohican, at least have the bottle to shave the sides! And of course there's the obligatory Billy Idol raised lip. I would advise Officer Negative to listen to The Angelic Upstarts, Sham69 and the superb New Model Army. This is for adolescents only. Dead to the world? I think not! Very much of it I'd say.
