Out Of Eden are calling it a day after 13 years as an urban pop singing group. Andrea Kimmy-Baca, Joy Danielle Kimmey and Lisa Nicole Kimmey with their list of albums sold, Dove award nominations and 10 top 10 radio singles can say "hey the sisters have not done bad". Their solid grooves are founded on vocals that blend so effortlessly, often the advantage of being siblings. Being an old "soul man" much of today's chart R&B bores the pants off me but Out Of Eden have created the vibes to hold my attention while instilling some inspiration along the way. 'The Hits' includes their biggest cuts, kicking off with Bill Withers' "Lovely Day" and includes one brand new song "Mighty, Mighty Good", which oddly enough, is narrowly edging it as my favourite. I hope that we have not heard the last of these delicious vocals. Perhaps solo careers beckon? Still, the girls have their memories of performing in front of massive crowds at major events and to reflect on that they have been good "soldiers". "Not afraid to show it, looking good with style and grace testifying while the world looked on."
